This is a basement apartment so there may be noise from the Airbnb house above. We have taken every measure to ensure that the noise level is at a minimal including noise reduction materials and fans but there may still be movement noise from above. The second bedroom is not a typical bedroom (see photos). This was extra space that we allotted for a second room to accommodate another person, couple, or kids. The heat and air are controlled from upstairs but are usually set at a comfortable temperature.
