About this space

This is a beautiful studio apartment tucked away in a gated neighborhood 30 minutes from the heart of Downtown Chattanooga. It is 1 mile from Publix grocery store and only 3 miles from Cambridge square where several restaurants and retail stores reside. It has a fully stocked kitchen which includes a coffee and tea bar as well as some snacks to help with late-night munchies. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

The studio is over a 3.5 car garage and detached from our home (it appears to be connected but only the lower garage is connected to our home) with a private entrance. We do not have access to this space from our home. There are two queen size beds in the studio. One of them is tucked away in a cozy nook. You will love the winding creek and trail that lines the property.

Feel free to walk the neighborhood or explore the trail that lines the creek behind the house. (You have to take a small trek through the woods to get to it). Bring a hammock and a book and spend the afternoon by the winding creek.

Other things to note

We have 3 inside dogs (in our home) that we take out on occasion to walk etc. they may get overly excited to see you. They are very friendly but can bark pretty loud when they see people. Petting them helps to stop the barking! They will be inside our home most of the time and you would most likely not see them.
