About this space

You can’t go wrong in this 3 bedroom 2 bath house with all the feels. Great for adults and kids alike. The kids can enjoy the outside play set as well as indoor air hockey while adults enjoy their private rooms, the front porch, and the coffee bar. Perfect for families visiting Lee University or the surrounding areas like the Ocoee River or Chattanooga. This house offers lots of charm in a great safe location. The house has 2 king-size beds as well as a bunk room that is a twin/full combo.

You will love the unique 70’s style kitchen and a touch of 70’s vibe throughout the house. There may or maybe not be a guest staying in the apartment below but rest assured with their own entrance and exit you will have all the privacy you need. The fenced-in area with the play set may have shared guests but most likely will be for your private use.

Other things to note

You may or may not have someone staying in the basement apartment below you. We just ask that you be mindful when entering or leaving the house early or late in the day and to be mindful of the foot traffic noise to those below you.
